Ingenn è la società di Head Hunting unicamente focalizzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici e ingegneri.Ricerchiamo un* Mechanical Development Engineer da inserire a tempo indeterminato presso un nostro cliente, Start-Up innovativa del mondo chimico-ingegneristico.Il nostro cliente è specializzato nel mondo delle energie rinnovabili e, in particolare, nella ricerca, sviluppo e prototipazione di nuove batterie green e sistemi di accumulo a lunga durata.The role:Supportare lo sviluppo meccanico dello stack (telai, piastre terminali, hardware di compressione, telai di flusso, guarnizioni/giunti, interfacce).Creare e mantenere modelli CAD, disegni tecnici e distinte base; supportare il controllo delle revisioni e la documentazione.Eseguire calcoli meccanici di base e supportare le attività FEM/FEA (sollecitazioni/deformazioni, carichi sui bulloni, compressione delle guarnizioni).Supportare la realizzazione di prototipi: procedure di assemblaggio, attrezzature, integrazione della strumentazione e documentazione di costruzione.Raccogliere e documentare le evidenze di guasto dai test; proporre e implementare miglioramenti progettuali.Coordinarsi con i team di laboratorio/test per garantire che i progetti siano testabili e manutenibili.Redigere procedure, report e documentazione tecnica in generale.Mandatory skills:Almeno 1 anno di esperienza come Ingegnere Meccanico Solida (anche tirocini)Competenza di base nell'utilizzo di CAD e realizzazione di disegni tecnici.Familiarità con i principi di progettazione meccanica (materiali, tolleranze, fissaggio, concetti di tenuta).Attitudine pratica con prototipi e ambienti di test.Additional Info:Costituirà requisito preferenziale l'aver maturato esperienza con sistemi a liquido a bassa pressione (pompe, valvole, raccordi, tubazioni), strumenti FEM/FEA, test meccanici e qualsiasi esperienza con sistemi di accumulo energetico, sistemi elettrochimici o apparecchiature industriali.Location:Rho (MI).#J-*****-Ljbffr
