Overview:Our client is a leading Milan-based investment manager, part of a specialist European platform focused on infrastructure, renewable energy, and private debt.With more than €2 billion in gross assets under management, the firm has established itself as one of the top independent managers in Italy's energy transition and private markets space.The team manages multiple flagship infrastructure funds investing in solar, wind, and biomethane projects, alongside a private debt strategy supporting mid-market companies.With continued fundraising momentum and new opportunities across Italy and Europe, the firm is strengthening its investment team in Milan.Key Responsibilities:Support origination and execution of investments across renewable infrastructure and private debtBuild detailed financial models, valuations, and transaction analysisConduct due diligence including market studies, company reviews, and structuring assessmentsAssist in portfolio monitoring and reporting, tracking performance and ESG metricsCollaborate with senior team members on fundraising presentations and investor materialsCandidate Requirements:2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, or consultingStrong technical skills in financial modelling and valuationKnowledge of infrastructure, energy transition, or private debt marketsFluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset, analytical rigor, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environmentOpportunity:Join a top-tier independent private markets manager with >€2 billion in assets under managementExposure to both renewable energy infrastructure and private debt strategiesHands-on involvement in high-impact investments supporting Italy's energy transitionCareer progression in a Milan-based team with international growth ambitions
