Financial Controller role atLovati&Associati | Head Hunter Italia For a client company operating in the garden & outdoor sector, experiencing strong growth and offering a dynamic, structured environment, we are looking for a professional to join the Finance team as aFinancial Controller .Key ResponsibilitiesCalculate standard/predicted costs and analyse impact on local resultsMaintain integrity of the internal product Bill of MaterialMonthly stock valuation, depreciation, and variance analysisDevelop processes and controls for month-end reportingMonitor KPIs and budget variancesPrepare and analyse monthly financial reporting packsSupport management in understanding financial performanceCollaborate with departments to gather financial and operational dataMaintain accurate financial master data in ERP systemsProfile & SkillsStrong analytical and numerical skillsGood communication and proactive attitudeExperience with auditors and advisorsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesKnowledge of accounting processes and internal controlsUnderstanding of financial regulationsIntegrity, honesty, and ability to work independently and in a teamRequirementsKnowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS)Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years in Controlling or Finance teams in manufacturing companiesPreferably experience with Hyperion Financial Management; knowledge of JDE or other ERPs is an advantageProficient in English (written and spoken)Good knowledge of Excel; BI tools a plusSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesManufacturing, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, and Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery ManufacturingThe privacy policy is available at: Get notified about new Financial Controller jobs inCorreggio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy .#J-*****-Ljbffr
