As a Senior Brand & Motion Designer at Qonto, you willDesign and animate high-impact paid ads for acquisition across 8 markets: France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, and PortugalOwn end-to-end creative projects from concept to delivery, adapting assets for different market preferences, formats, and platformsUse AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling) to innovate and create visual content tailored to specific target marketsCollaborate closely with copywriters, paid search experts, and acquisition managers to develop thumb-stopping content that convertsTest, analyze, and iterate on campaign performance across channels like Meta, Google Display Network, and video platforms to continuously improve effectiveness??
