On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Field Collector & Credit Management who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Field Collector & Credit Management professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reconciliations and handling collection activities through various channels.This role also involves back-office tasks and frequent interaction with public and private administrations across Italy.Key Responsibilities Execute collection activities and payment reminders through multiple communication channels.Interface with public and private administrations to resolve outstanding issues.Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.Manage back-office operations related to credit and collections.Support to prepare detailed reports on collection status and credit performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Requirements Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in credit management or collections, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.Willingness to travel across Italy as required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Good command of English language (written and spoken).Ability to manage difficult relationships and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.Desired Skills Communication and negotiation abilities.Organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and ability to work independently.Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.IQVIA reserves the right to evaluate candidates with domicile / residence and work experience / study with requirements responding to the open request.Applications WITHOUT the requirements Will NOT be fully taken into account.Please enter the authorization to the processing of personal data (DL********) - General Data Protection Regulation (13 GDPR ****** –).The research is urgent and is intended for candidates of both sexes (L.******).
