About usAt Exein, our mission is to build the world's first ecosystem for IoT device security, ensuring all types of devices are secure globally.Our dynamic team is passionate about data, machine learning, open source, and firmware.We constantly work to secure millions of devices, making daily life safer for everyone.Our unique products empower developers to secure their IoT devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Marketing professional to play a key role in bringing our solutions to market by effectively positioning, launching, and communicating our products.This role will strengthen the connection between our offerings, the market, and our customers by defining clear value propositions and translating complex cybersecurity solutions into compelling messages.The position will also support global go-to-market strategies and work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product adoption and market differentiation.In our fast-growing reality, you will help expand the company's market presence and support the growth of its global footprint.Key Responsibilities Define and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for a global audience; Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams; Translate complex technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling, and customer-focused messaging; Develop sales enablement materials to support commercial teams across different markets; Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and sharpen differentiation; Support product adoption and expansion by aligning marketing strategies with business and revenue goals.Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in B2B, Cyversecurity, SaaS, or technology-driven environments; Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and effective market messaging: Strong understanding of go-to-market frameworks, product positioning, and messaging for B2B SaaS or cybersecurity solutions; Experience with market and competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and the use of data to inform product marketing strategies; Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product and Sales teams; Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer insights to drive positioning and go-to-market decisions; Self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic scale-up environment; Fluent English(written and spoken) is required; Italian is a plus.Why Join Exein Join a fast-growing, innovative company operating at the forefront of cybersecurity, where your work directly supports global expansion; Work at the intersection of innovation and cybersecurity, helping protect embedded and connected devices at scale; Have real ownership and impact, contributing directly to the growth and market presence of a high-potential product; Collaborate with a highly skilled, international team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment; Grow professionally while shaping product marketing in a company that values expertise, autonomy, and execution.Location:Rome, Piazzale Flaminio 19, ***** – Hybrid modeExein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.We evaluate all applications fairly regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, background, or orientation.
