OverviewParadox is an international education technology company committed to making personal growth accessible and engaging.We're looking for a high-performance Social Media Content Creator to build and scale our content engine, turning our rich video library into viral, platform-specific assets.The role blends storytelling, data analysis, and brand strategy to amplify our CEO David Laroche's voice and Paradox's mission worldwide.ResponsibilitiesTransform long-form content into viral short-form assetsExtract insights from seminars, webinars, testimonials, and programs.Produce high-impact short videos for X/Twitter, Instagram Reels, and Carousels.Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts featuring David Laroche that spark conversation.Maintain an editorial calendar and iterate on performance data.Build data-driven systems and scale content performanceTrack engagement, reach, clicks, and shares across platforms.Identify winning formats, test hooks, visuals, and editing styles.Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks.QualificationsProven track record creating short-form social content from long-form sources.Strong knowledge of platform trends, best practices, and analytics tools (Metricool, Later, native analytics).Excellent writing, video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, AI tools), and design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).Data-lover with a keen eye for metrics, ability to iterate rapidly.Self-driven, deadline-focused, and comfortable owning the end-to-end content creation process.Fluent in French and English.Tech StackAI creation tools: Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, Descript, Opus Clip, GPT.Social media tools: Metricool, HubSpot, Brand24, Mention, Synthesio, ManyChat, Monday, Slack.Campaign and analytics: HubSpot, Metricool, Monday, Slack.Style & BenefitsHigh-impact, data-driven, and creative culture with autonomy and accountability.Fully remote or hybrid in Dubai or Lisbon.Competitive salary + 350€ per year for personal well-being (gym, dance, etc.) + 150€ per year for learning (books, courses).1:1 coaching, team building, standing desks, MacBook.Flexible working hours and strong focus on growth, ambition, and impact.Hiring Process6-minute application survey (with short video assignment).WhatsApp call with the Talent Manager to discuss the challenge.Video call with the Talent Manager for deeper dive into career and ambitions.Video call with the Hiring Manager to assess technical skills.Culture-fit video call with the Culture Coach.Take-home case study to showcase vision and skills.Reference check to validate work style and impact.Ready to Join?If you thrive on storytelling, data, and brand building, and you're eager to create massive impact at a global education tech company, we want to hear from you.Apply now and help us empower millions worldwide.#J-*****-Ljbffr
