Want to contribute to the growth of a major global player in mountain sports?Founded in the French Alps, Rossignol has been inspiring the mountain experience since ****.We carry on our legacy through the development of our ski, mountain bike, outdoor equipment and apparel collections.Our ambition is to be the benchmark for mountain sports in both summer and winter.At the heart of our Group's headquarters, within an international environment, we are looking for aMerchandising Specialist (M/F)in our Milan Office Join our exciting journey and help us create unforgettable outdoor experiences year-roundReporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will support the team in driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle.You will ensure clear communication, structured planning, and on-time execution of all merchandising milestones.Acting as a central point of coordination, you will manage key product data and work closely with cross-functional teams to enable efficient workflows and informed decision-making.Your missions will include :Lead seasonal set-up processes in relevant systems; maintain accuracy and data integrity across platforms.Support the merchandising team with data exports and line list management.Act as the primary point of contact for system-related merchandising inquiries and training.Support the merchandising team in executing assortment strategies and line architecture.Support communication between merchandising, design, product development, planning, marketing, and sales.Coordinate the merchandising calendar, ensuring the team works effectively and collectively towards set timelines and deliverables.About youDegree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.2–3 years in merchandising operations, retail coordination, or project management.Proficiency in Excel and data handling tools; familiarity with retail systems is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skillsGreat attention to details.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Desire for continuous improvement and a strong commitment to progress.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Joining the Group and its Rossignol brands also means :Continuing your career growth thanks to managers who care about the well-being and the development of their teams' skills, in particular through innovative projectsCommitting to cultural diversity, gender equality, and supporting the employment of people with disabilities within our company.Being proud to work for a responsible company committed to sustainability.Being part of a dynamic and friendly office in Milan.Benefiting from a flexible organization and the possibility of working remotely.Enjoying the advantage of meal vouchers, attractive prices on our brand, and much more.#J-*****-Ljbffr
