Join to apply for theHousekeeping Manager - Rome Marriott Park Hotelrole atRUSSOTTI GESTIONI HOTELS S.p.A.Summary:The Russotti Gestioni Hotels Spa company, for itsRome Marriott Park Hotel , is looking for an exceptionally organized and inspiringHousekeeping Managerto join our teamA professional and experienced Housekeeping Manager supports the daily shift operations of Housekeeping, performs impeccable housekeeping services, and provides our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay.He/She will head the Housekeeping Team, ensuring team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol.Key responsibilities:Monitor and organize all daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including guest rooms, public areas, and employee areas;Coordinate with all departments about daily operations;Supervise, control, and ensure adherence to service and company standards, including managing contracted service providers;Develop and update internal procedures related to department management, aligned with company standards and contractual obligations;Lead, hire, and train housekeeping staff to meet high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction;Organize work shifts for regular and special cleaning tasks;Oversee the department's budget, implementing cost control measures;Communicate room status and issues like damages or maintenance needs to Front Office;Ensure cleaning equipment is stocked and functioning properly, arranging repairs as needed.Qualifications and Experience:3-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Housekeeping Management or similar roles;Experience managing outsourced cleaning services;Proficiency in English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus;Knowledge of MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Marriott Bonvoy);Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills;Attention to detail.Our offer:Competitive salary in a collaborative and inclusive environment;Opportunities for professional growth within the Marriott network;Permanent employment contract under the Federturismo AICA CCNL.Please send your resume, photos, and authorization to process personal data in accordance with EU GDPR ********.Seniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:ContractJob function:Management and ManufacturingIndustries:Hospitality#J-*****-Ljbffr
