The Client:Our client is a majorItalian multi-utilityoperating across the whole activities range in theEnergy and Environmental sectors .Its business includes production, distribution, and commercialization of power and natural gas, as well as cogeneration, district heating, integrated water service management, waste collection and disposal, public lighting, and internet connectivity.Revenues of approximately €2 billion .Position – The roleAs part of amajor transformation process , the immediate priorities include the hiring of aHead of Organization-a newly created function- who will drive the development of organizational models across all BUs.The HR team has already completed comprehensive organizational analysis, mapping roles and competencies.Now, a Leader is needed to transform this work into a modern and agile organizational model.Position – Specific responsibilitiesOrganizational Analysis and DesignMap and analyze business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimizationDesign and implement organizational solutions aligned with corporate strategies and emerging trends (lean & agile, pmo)Propose initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and adaptability to market and regulatory changesConduct in-depth organizational analyses and diagnostics, both functional and cross-functional, at micro and macro levelsDevelop organizational mechanisms and systems for integration and coordination, collaborating with other functions (ICT, Control)Corporate Governance and StructureDefine and update the company's organizational model, ensuring role clarity and proper allocation of responsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date job descriptions and role profilesCollaborate with HR functions to implement talent and competency management policiesManage the design and evolution of the organizational structureLead workforce planning activities across the Group, anticipating skill and staffing needsChange ManagementLead transformational projects related to organizational change, ensuring engagement and involvement of company functionsWork closely with divisions and subsidiaries on strategic projects (business model evolution, ICT projects, PMI initiatives)Foster a company culture centered on innovation and continuous improvementPartner with Management and HR Business Partners to align organizational initiatives with strategic objectivesSupport BUs and corporate functions in managing new projects or structural changes, acting as Project Manager, when requiredCompliance and Regulatory FrameworkEnsure organizational processes comply with industry regulations and corporate governance standardsContribute to drafting and refining operational procedures (in collaboration with Quality Assurance and ICT)RequirementsDegree in Economics and Management, Engineering, or related fields.Master's degree in business Admin.or Organization (preferred)At least7-10 years (up to 15)of relevant experience in similar roles within structured and large Organizations.In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologiesExperience with digital tools for organizational management and project managementKnowledge of new models and trends in Organizational Design and Work OrganizationAbility to analyse and model processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)A result-oriented leadershipHands-on approachcombined with strategic mindset: ability to quickly analyse options and alternatives based on solid analytical skills, proactively contributing to the delivery of strategic vision across complex business environmentsStrong business judgmentto manage internal clients and present qualified propositionsAction orientation anddrive for results , with a sense of urgencyStrong communication and influencing skills:ability to bring all stakeholders together, build trust, and facilitate decision-makingAbility to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingExcellent relationship skills and emotional intelligenceFluency both in Italian and English is a mustLocationLocation in Northern-East Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
