to work on projects that could fundamentally transform healthcare outcomes.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement novel AI/ML solutions for complex healthcare challengesDrive advancements in machine learning and data scienceBalance theoretical knowledge with practical implementationWork closely with customers and partners to understand their requirementsNavigate ambiguity and create clarity in early-stage product developmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams while fostering innovation in a collaborative work environment to deliver impactful solutionsEstablish best practices for ML experimentation, evaluation, development and deploymentPartner with leadership to define roadmap and strategic initiativesYou'll need a strong background in AI/ML, proven leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.You'll also need to effectively translate research findings into practical solutions.A Day in the LifeYou will solve real-world problems by getting and analyzing large amounts of data, generating insights and opportunities, designing simulations and experiments, and developing statistical and ML models.The team is driven by business needs, which requires collaboration with other Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers across the Special Projects organization.You will prepare written and verbal presentations to share insights as Python, Java, C++Experience with machine learning (ML) tools and methods5+ years of practical machine learning experienceExperience managing and deploying ML productsExperience driving collaborative projects from conception to deliveryMS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative fieldAdvanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning and predictive modeling and large language modelsPreferred QualificationsExperience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levelsExperience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiencesExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product for this position ranges from $150,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,000/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may
