Position Overview We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager – Lighting to lead the vision, development, and launch of key product lines.This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration—especially when it comes to managing product documentation and working closely with the marketing team to deliver exceptional product launches.This role will report to Claypaky Product Portfolio Manager.Key Responsibilities Own the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch and end-of-life—for assigned lighting products.Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, data sheets, manuals, and training materials.Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate go-to-market strategies, ensuring timely, well-branded, and effective product launches.Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to bring products to market on schedule and within budget.Collect customer and stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing product improvements and updates.Support internal teams with product knowledge and documentation for sales training and customer support.Monitor and report on product performance and market feedback post-launch.#J-*****-Ljbffr
