We are committed to enhancing the efficiency and convenience of parcel delivery for businesses and consumers across Europe.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedOperations Controlling Managerto join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial controlling activities for our operations in Italy.Key Responsibilities:Performing analyses for management purposesProvision of management information and key operating cost dataAnalysis and monitoring of operating costsRegular reporting of cost resultsParticipation in the process of budgeting logistics costsAnalysing the budget execution, reporting deviations, identifying the causes of discrepancies, recommending solutionsAnalytics and forecasting of quantitative and cost dataBuilding models supporting decision-making processesInitiative in search of cost optimization opportunities, recommending solutions for businessDevelopment and preparation of tools supporting the planning and reporting processesDevelopment of analytics and reportingAutomation and optimization of work with dataParticipation in business projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Logistics or a related field; CIMA is a strong plus.5+ years of relevant work experience (management accounting, operational controlling, business analysis, FP&A)Proficient knowledge of MS ExcelStrong analytical skillsPractical knowledge of management accountingExperience in building business models and automated reportsAbility to gather, summarize and articulate complex information for decision makingThe ability to translate the results of conducted analyses into business recommendationsStrong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholdersAttention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistenciesCommunication and collaboration skillsHigher educationVery good command of English (min B2)Nice to have:SQL and databases knowledgeTools: VBA, Power BI, Python, DatabricksExperience in logistic / e-commerce businessWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company with a strong growth trajectory.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Professional development opportunities and career growth.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91 , e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03Invitiamo a prendere visione della nostra liberatoria privacy sul nostro sito , alla sezionePrivacy Policy - Colloqui e selezione
