At CEVA, we believe that logistics is a people business, that's why we create an environment of trust and team spirit - we encourage initiative and we empower our talent to grow in their careers.We are supply chain experts and live and breathe it every day.We offer a broad range of services in Contract Logistics, Air, Ocean and Ground management thanks to our 78,000 employees, operating in more than 160 countries.At CEVA, we are passionate about our work and the value we deliver to our customers and as a company, we are growing at a fast pace - do you Dare to Grow with us?YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a motivated and well-organized Export Ocean Operator to join ourProject Logisticsteam in Pantigliate.We are specifically seeking someone whocomes from a Project Logistics department(or has solid experience in project cargo / project logistics operations), and is familiar with the specific dynamics, complexity and requirements of this area.You will be responsible for managing and coordinating international ocean shipments, ensuring that cargo is transported efficiently, on time and in full compliance with company quality standards.The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, great attention to detail and excellent communication abilities, essential to interact effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL DOCollect and verify order and shipment information, plan transport (routing) and optimize operational execution for international ocean exports, with a focus on project logistics shipments.Prepare and manage all required documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring full compliance with international regulations and internal procedures.Track and supervise shipments, update data in the Transport Management System (TMS) and manage communication with internal and external suppliers and partners.Validate documentation, handle internal and external invoicing activities and send invoices to customers.Prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback to the manager to ensure adherence to quality and operational standards.Work closely with the Project Logistics team to solve operational issues, manage exceptions and support the successful execution of complex shipments and project cargo.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORProven experience working withinaProject Logistics / Project Cargo department(must-have), ideally on complex or oversize shipments.2–3 years of experience as an Export Ocean Operator within companies in the logistics, freight forwarding or transport sector.Solid understanding of international shipping processes and related documentation.Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills, effective communication and a structured, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.Good knowledge of written and spoken English.ABOUT TOMORROWWe value your professional and personal growth.That's why we share plenty of career opportunities for you to thrive within CEVA.Join CEVA for a challenging career.#J-*****-Ljbffr
