Company DescriptionStarz Electronics specializes in providing high-quality PCB and cable assemblies, leveraging advanced technologies such as SMT, fine-pitch assembly, encapsulation, and plastic cable over-molding.The company offers comprehensive electronics, electrical, and mechanical design solutions using cutting-edge tools like SolidWorks, Altium, CNC machines, and 3D printing.ISO **** certified since ****, Starz also has extensive experience with UL and CE certification processes.Since ****, Starz has been at the forefront of Lithium-Ion battery research and development, including LFP and NMC technologies, with in-house capabilities for mixing and coating materials and a specialized assembly pilot line for batteries.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Independent Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Electronics Manufacturing / EMS.The role involves driving technical sales through identifying customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and providing technical support.Responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues, conducting research to understand client requirements and industry trends, and delivering effective communication to engage stakeholders.The position requires collaborating across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to evaluate technical requirements and develop solutionsEffective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teamsExperience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address client challenges effectivelyAbility to perform Research to understand market trends and customer demandsProven knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and standards (e.g., IPC, UL, and ISO certifications)Proficiency with design tools such as SolidWorks and AltiumBachelors degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in technical sales is highly beneficial
