OverviewAre you a Project Manager looking for a new opportunity?Would you like to work with cutting-edge technology?Join our successful teamBaker Hughes is the leading energy technology company, who delivers across the energy value chain through our market-leading business segments.Built on a century of experience and conducting business in over 120 countries.Our innovative technologies and services are taking energy forwardMaking it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.Be part of a team that makes a difference to our businessYou will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.As Senior Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions, you will be responsible for:Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitmentsBeing the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changesMaking sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targetsAddressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.Acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companiesLeading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies.Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs.Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and proceduresFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a degree in engineering and substantial experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companiesHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive levelHave an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skillsBe proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cashHave a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies managementHave good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storageBe able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locationsHave a project management certification from accredited institute (eg.
