About the RoleWe are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support a major logistics project.This is a fully remote position based in Greece, offering stability, training, and performance-based rewards.You will assist Italian customers with shipment inquiries, delivery updates, and general support, ensuring a smooth experience aligned with project standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, or chat in Italian.Assist with shipment tracking, delivery information, and issue resolution.Ensure a high-quality customer experience consistent with brand guidelines.Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer cases.Salary & BenefitsMonthly salary: €1,100 grossPerformance bonus: up to 15% of monthly salarySalary increase: raises to €1,150 gross after 36 monthsRemote work: full-time Work-At-Home-Agent (WAHA) optionRelocation package (for EU candidates relocating to Greece):2 weeks hotel accommodationFlight ticket (within EU)Airport pick-upReal estate agency fee coveredRequirementsNative / fluent ItalianGood command of EnglishAbility to work from home independently and reliablyStrong problem-solving and customer service orientationEU passport or residence permitWorking ScheduleFull-time, Monday to FridayRotative shifts between 08:*****:008 hours per day + breaksContract TypeFull-time, Remote (based in Greece)Why Join UsLong-term stable projectFully remote setupClear career progressionMulticultural and supportive team#J-*****-Ljbffr
