RICERCA: Senior Project Manager - Full Remote MEOGROUP è una società di consulenza in forte crescita, con un fatturato di 200 M€ nel **** e oltre ***** collaboratori in 9 paesi .Dal ****, accompagna i suoi clienti nella gestione dei progetti e nei processi di trasformazione.Veri e propri intermediari operativi tra i comitati direttivi e le diverse funzioni tecniche, i nostri consulenti supportano i clienti nella traduzione delle decisioni strategiche in piani d'azione operativi.Per un'importante iniziativa nel settore energie rinnovabili (fotovoltaico ed eolico) , stiamo selezionando un Project Manager che guiderà in modo centralizzato un portafoglio di progetti in parallelo, dall'origination alla messa in esercizio.Il ruolo prevede responsabilità su pianificazione, cost controlling, coordinamento EPC e gestione fornitori .Impostare la governance di programma/PMO :Definire e mantenere gli strumenti di controllo : cronoprogrammi master e di dettaglio (MS Project/Primavera), baseline/forecast, integrazione planning-costi-risorse, SAL, S-curve, Earned Value (CPI/SPI), cash flow, dashboard KPI (Power BI/Excel), RAID log, change control.Gestire il portafoglio multi-progetto : priorità, capacity planning e bilanciamento risorse tra progetti.Curare il cost controlling end-to-end : budget iniziale, monitoraggio costi, variazioni (VO/claim), saving plan, pre-consuntivi/consuntivi e report mensili verso il management.Rf Q/Rf P, analisi comparativa offerte, negoziazione e gestione contratti; monitoraggio performance (OTD, qualità, HSE), expediting e logistica (moduli, inverter, strutture).Interfacciarsi con le funzioni sviluppo, permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, connessioni di rete (DSO/TSO), HSE, legale e finance .Presidiare documentazione e compliance : piano qualità, tracciabilità deliverable, verbali, SAL, As-Built; Gestire stakeholder : aggiornamenti a Direzione e Sponsor, gestione aspettative clienti/partner, gestione escalation e decision making.Laurea preferibile ma non indispensabile (es. Economia, Management, Ingegneria gestionale/energetica ) o esperienza equivalente.~5+ anni in Project/Program Management nel settore fotovoltaico/EPC .~ Solida esperienza nella gestione di portafogli multi-progetto e pianificazione avanzata.~ Conoscenza dei processi EPC e del vendor management (procurement, contrattualistica, performance fornitori).~ MS Project o Primavera P6 , Excel avanzato , Power BI , Share Point , Teams .~ Competenze in controllo costi : EVM, cash flow, S-curve, contabilità lavori/SAL, gestione VO/claim.~ Lingue: Italiano fluente , Inglese professionale (B2+/C1).Inserimento in un programma strategico di sviluppo fotovoltaico ad alto impatto.
