Per l'ampliamento del nostro organico,siamo alla ricerca di un End of Development - Construction Support che si occupi dello sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici su tetto o a terra.In cooperazione con i nostri Project Manager, la risorsa gestirà in piena autonomia diverse fasi dello sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici e di stoccaggio di elettricità in stretta collaborazione col dipartimento di sviluppo attuale: Coordinamento e monitoraggio attività di autorizzazione territoriale (municipalità, provincia, ANAS, etc.) durante la cantierizzazione dei progetti precedentemente lavorati dal dipartimento di sviluppo.Finalizzazione delle stesse per la connessione dell'impianto una volta ultimata la fase di cantiere; Convalida, assieme al dipartimento di sviluppo, della cantierabilità di ogni singolo progetto, emissione del documento di avvio cantiere per i progetti ready to built e gestione pagamento milestone ai vari subappaltatori; Supporto all'archiviazione di tutte le attività che vengono svolte in fase di cantiere; Coordinamento delle attività dei tecnici esterni che intervengono nella fase di cantiere (DL, geometra, accatastamenti, etc.), e fornire loro supporto amministrativo qualora necessario; Coordinamento della stipula degli atti di servitù con notai, DSO e proprietari dei tetti/terreni vicinanti; Supporto al dipartimento amministrativo per la stipula delle assicurazioni dei progetti che entrano in fase di cantiere e coordinamento del passaggio delle stesse durante in fase di produzione ; Gestione avanzamento processo autorizzativo su portale E-distribuzione e Terna, completamento delle operazioni fino all'allaccio dell'impianto produttivo; Preparazione DR per la richiesta di incentivo al GSE e coordinamento della richiesta con il dipartimento asset management; Laurea in ambito amministrativo; Esperienza pregressa nel settore delle infrastrutture ; Capacità di preparare e gestire autonomamente documenti ; Capacità di lavorare a stretto contatto con i project manager, ruotando le attività durante le fasi finali di sviluppo del progetto ; Capacità di lavoro di squadra e motivazione a prosperare in un ambiente dinamico ; Il candidato ideale è in grado di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente, rispettando le scadenze e raggiungendo gli obiettivi ; Disponibilità a orari di lavoro flessibili in base al carico di lavoro ; Conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel ; Lingue: inglese e/o francese preferibili.Smart Energies è un'azienda produttrice di energia indipendente specializzata nello sviluppo, finanziamento, costruzione e gestione di progetti di energia rinnovabile.Ad oggi il gruppo Smart Energies possiede progetti fotovoltaici e idroelettrici e vuole ampliare significativamente la taglia del suo portfolio di impianti attivi.Già fortemente impiantato in Europa con più di 400 impianti in funzione, il gruppo cerca ora a svilupparsi ulteriormente in Italia, attraverso la sua filiale nazionale.
