Procurement Specialist / Buyer for the site Carugate MI Italy Would you like to make a valuable contribution to the health of patients And do something really meaningful on your own responsibility Then we look forward to hearing from youExcellence beyond manufacturing - thats what we stand for as Aenova one of the worlds leading contract manufacturers and developers for the pharmaceutical industry with **** employees at 15 sites.Our site in Carugate is a competence center for semisolids these include creams and gels.Your key responsibilities Request and negotiate supplier quotations to secure optimal commercial and delivery conditions Create and issue purchase orders in SAP ensuring accurate pricing and confirmed delivery dates Support management in resolving supply-related issues and ensuring material availability Identify opportunities for new components or suppliers and propose corresponding implementation projects Collaborate with global procurement teams on cost-saving initiatives and aligned solutions for supply challenges Manage supplier and component master data with high accuracy and compliance Perform data analytics on spend by supplier purchase type and department to support strategic decision-making Your profile Degree in Economics or a related field Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (pharmaceutical industry is a plus) Strong analytical abilities with solid Excel and reporting knowledge Experience with MRP / ERP systems; SAP is a strong advantage Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Strong time management organization and ability to work under pressure Proactive improvement-oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills Good English and Italian skills both written and spoken Please note : Applications must be submitted in English.Applications in Italian or any other language will not be considered.Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment And you want to tackle them creatively and on your own responsibility Do you prefer a get-it-done culture and think in terms of solutions rather than problems What are you waiting for We would be happy to explain our corporate benefits in a personal conversationIf you have any questions I - Marius Kraus / Human Resources - will be happy to help you : Temmler Italia S.R.L.
