Market Support & Commercial ExecutionServe as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needsManage the commercialization process for new SKUs, including MDM governance, SKU creation steps, and delivery of launch assetsFacilitate communication between markets and HQ to address requests, remove blockers, and ensure alignment2. Project Deployment & Portfolio DefinitionWork with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to marketsBuild and maintain the Base Model Catalogue, defining SKU architecture and feature combinationsDevelop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputsEnsure market requirements for B2B / B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plans3. Commercial Strategy & Range ManagementAnalyze range logic, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate SKU efficiency to guide market decisionsOrganize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integrationProvide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partners4.
