Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.Per un nostro cliente, azienda del settore Multibrand in ambito Fashion-Retail, stiamo cercando:Head of eCommerce & Marketplace PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÀ E MANSIONI- Definire e implementare la strategia di vendita on-line (eCommerce proprietario + marketplace).- Gestire e ottimizzare il sito eCommerce, garantendo un'esperienza di navigazione premium e allineata al brand.- Definire e implementare le varie promozioni in accordo con i singoli marketplace allo scopo di incrementare le vendite nei periodi di peak season con un'occhio sempre attento al mantenimento di una marginalità soddisfacente.- Coordinare le attività di performance marketing per incrementare le vendite.- Analizzare i dati di traffico e di conversione al fine di strutturare strategia di vendita sempre più efficaci.- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team Operations e Logistica al fine di garantire una gestione efficiente degli ordini e delle spedizioni.- Collaborare con i fornitori IT e digital coinvolti nei progetti in essere.- Monitorare i KPI e produrre report periodici per misurare l'andamento delle performance digitali.REQUISITI RICHIESTI- Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella gestione di eCommerce (aver lavorato nel mondo del fashion è un plus).- Conoscenza della piattaforma Shopify Plus.- Competenze in digital marketing, CRM, SEO, vendite online, analisi dei dati.- Familiarità con strumenti di analisi come Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BI tools.- Ottime capacità organizzative, problem-solving e orientamento ai risultati.- Fluente in inglese.SEDE DI LAVORO: MANTOVA Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.L'offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs.n.******** e ss.Mm.Ii.e dei Decreti Legislativi n.215 e n.216 del **** sulle parità di trattamento.I candidati sono invitati a leggere l'informativa privacy ai sensi degli artt. 13 e 14 del Reg.EU ******** al seguente indirizzo: / (Aut.
