Aegis FSI, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Finance, Banking e Insurance, per una Banca leader nel Wealth Management, con un approccio strategico all'innovazione digitale e alle soluzioni Wealth Tech ricerca un:Responsabilità principaliGestione complessiva dei rischi non finanziari della banca (operativi, ICT & cybersecurity e reputazionali).Definizione e sviluppo del framework di Non-Financial Risk Management: metodologie, metriche di Risk Appetite, policy, stress test e reporting.Coordinamento dell'Operational Risk Assessment e monitoraggio delle perdite operative e degli incidenti ICT.Presidio dei rischi ICT in coerenza con il Regolamento DORA, inclusi gestione degli incidenti, test di resilienza operativa e requisiti di governance.Gestione dei rischi legati all'outsourcing e ai fornitori ICT critici, in linea con DORA e normativa di vigilanza.Valutazione preventiva dei rischi relativi a nuovi prodotti, servizi, partner e iniziative strategiche.Predisposizione della reportistica verso CRO, Top Management e Organi Aziendali.Esperienza consolidata in ambito bancario/consulenziale nella gestione dei rischi non finanziari.Solida esperienza nei rischi operativi, ICT & cybersecurity, con conoscenza dei requisiti DORA.Preferibile esperienza in contesti di Private Banking o Wealth Management.Conoscenza approfondita della normativa di vigilanza applicabile ai rischi non finanziari.Esperienza nella gestione di team e nella collaborazione con le funzioni di business e IT.Capacità di definire strategie di risk management e supportare le decisioni del Top Management.Leadership, orientamento ai risultati e capacità di operare in contesti complessi e in trasformazione.Sede di lavoro: MilanoL'annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. ******) – Aegis Srl, AUT.MIN.Prot.***** D.
