ensure robust error handling, retries, monitoring, and observability.Maintain code quality and participate in peer reviews; produce clear technical documentation and data mapping specs.Skills – Must HavesDemonstrated experience building and operating integrations in healthcare environments or other compliance-heavy and complex environments.Strong understanding of security for healthcare data: encryption in transit/at rest, secure API design, token-based auth, least-privilege access, logging/auditing.Ability to quickly learn new standards, vendor specs, and regional public health requirements.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
