As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building.We are a team of more than **** employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak.The Technical Hardware Developer is responsible for designing and engineering new products within the category.Starting from product brief she/he is responsible to develop new products with focus on innovation and performance.The products in this category are mainly certified PPE suitable for Mountaineering and Climbing such as Carabiners, Helmets, Crampons, Ice Axes, and different type of climbing protections.She/he will manage the entire development process cooperating closely with Product Manager, Quality and Certification responsible and key users, and vendors.Main responsibilities & activitiesDesign and engineer new products and solutionsTechnical interface with Designers3D modelling of the products or product's assembly with CAD software (Siemens NX )FEM simulation (ANSYS)Support CE certificationsExecute 2D drawings for productionManage prototyping processPreliminary functional test on developed devicesPrepare technical documentation for production and Quality ControlFMEA analysis in cooperation with Quality and Supplier techniciansInterface with the suppliers during products development (suppliers can be located in Europe and Far East)Supervise preliminary Laboratory test and field testModify and adapt products in case of feedback during testSupport Certification Engineer to achieve CE, UIAA marking of the new develop productsSupport Carry over product maintenance (upgrade to new Standards, product's revamp)ProfileDegree in engineering fieldAt least 3 years' experience in developing hardware productsGood understanding main mechanical industrial processesKnowledge of main ferrous materials and their treatmentsKnowledge of main polymer materialsVery good Italian and English; German will be considered a plusTeam working and problem solving skillsAvailability to travel abroadWorkplace: Montebelluna (TV)If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now
