Asset Manager - Workout Team (open to Categorie Protette L.*****) BCMGlobal•Milan, Lombardy, ItalyBCMGlobal, part of LC Financial Holdings, is a leading independent provider of Credit and Asset Management services in Europe.In Italy, it operates through BCMGlobal Italy S.r.l., leveraging over 25 years of experience and managing more than €2 billion in assets.The company supports institutional investors, banks, and corporate clients through a team of approximately 60 highly skilled professionals.BCMGlobal offers a comprehensive range of services across multiple asset classes, including unsecured loans, residential mortgages, consumer credit, SME loans, and real estate assets.What you'll doWithin our Case Management team working on the NPL/UTP loans, the person will be responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of borrower connections, interfacing with Clients and meeting their objectives and time frames.Main responsibilitiesResponsibility for approximately 70 borrower connections requiring effective and efficient management, ensuring that actions are in line with all relevant BCMGlobal Italy and/or legislative policies (as well as Private Equity client requirements) in order to deliver agreed goals;Assist with any related Secondary Loan Sales Process from within the portfolio;Conduct due diligence on the loan portfolio and assist in formulating and recommending the optimal strategy for maximizing loan recovery;Proactive management of underlying assets securing loans, including implementation of strategies for debt recovery and ongoing management of secured assets in a timely fashion;Draft succinct credit applications for discussion and review with Clients;Ability to determine optimal strategies with reference to underlying values and property market trends;Delivery of accurate and robust MI as required by our Clients;Primary responsibility for the organisation of borrower meetings and act as point of contact for borrowers, their advisors, and our Clients;Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff.What you'll bringUniversity degree in Banking or Economics/Finance/Private Equity or Law;3 to 7 years of relevant professional experience with Private Equity Clients or NPL Servicers or Real Estate Asset Management preferable;Previous professional experience in credit analysis and associated loan documentation, coupled with a strong background in managing complex problem cases;Effective communicator with a strong ability to negotiate complex contracts involving multiple third parties (Clients, distressed borrowers and their advisors, and lawyers);Due diligence experience: ability to work with limited information to form strategies regarding borrower connections;Strong financial analysis skills with ability to review, understand and interpret audited financial accounts, management accounts and financial forecasts;Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; demonstrating an organized approach to work, and an ability to prioritize.Experience of working in a client facing role; being a team-oriented person ready to strive in a collaborative environment;Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (with key focus on Excel) with the ability to learn quickly other relevant systems;Competent English written and spoken English needed for everyday use.What we offerPermanent ContractWorking Hours: Full TimeHybrid working (2 days per week)You will be joining a team that works in a friendly, co-operative and supportive environment, as well as a company that will provide you with the opportunity to progress.If you are looking to take that next step in your career and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, alongside talented people who take pride in delivering great results.BCMGlobal Italy S.r.l promotes diversity and inclusion.This job advertisement is open to all genders and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ******* and *******.The personal data contained in CVs will be processed and stored exclusively for selection purposes, in compliance with Legislative Decree ******** and subsequent amendments, and with Regulation (EU) ********.#J-*****-Ljbffr
