About Us We are a leading multinational company specializing in the design and manufacture of electric motors.With a global footprint and a commitment to innovation, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientedAdministrative & Executive Support.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management:managing executive schedules and appointments;Travel Coordination:organizing comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and logistics;Financial Administration:managing expense reporting systems, tracking budgets, profit plans, and outlooks, and ensuring timely payments and cost-reduction initiatives;Executive Presentations:drafting, coordinating, and refining high-quality presentations for the executive staff;Event Planning:organizing global top-management events and hosting institutional guests;Reporting & Analytics:preparing and managing financial reports, data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs);Process Optimization:developing and maintaining efficient internal processes and digital archiving systems.RequirementsHigh School Diploma, a University degree is considered an advantage;Previous (even if minimal) experience in a similar administrative or corporate role;Advanced knowledge of IT systems and tools, including Excel, Google Workspace, SAP/SAL, CONCUR, and BI software;Proven ability to handle budget management systems and expense entry;Expert command of virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams);Professional fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.Soft skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with an innate ability to organize complex tasks;Highest level ofdiscretion and confidentialityregarding sensitive company and employee information;A proactive attitude, strong motivation, and a continuous desire to learn and grow;Ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in afast-paced, high-pressure environment.Workplace: Pordenone (PN) with flexibility for smart working.
