Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for aFINANCE SPECIALISTfor a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.We offer: an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.CCNL Metalworking Industry, RAL *********€.Benefit: possibility of smart working.Workplace: FlorenceResponsibilities:- owning a strong technical knowledge of CSA accounting;- working in partnership with CSA Finance Manager to estimate quarterly sales and margin figures;- active participation in closing activities leading ledger analysis and actual versus estimate tracking;- consolidating various legal entities P&L including statutory analysis;- contributing to projects enhancing financial data quality working with IT Finance team to resolve technical issues;- supporting Contractual Margin Reviews and coaching of junior analysts and contractors;- Audit support.Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's degree;- proven experience in financial analysis;- analytical mindset, strong oral and written communication skills;- showing strong commitment and enthusiasm towards new financial projects;- proactive attitude, problem solving and ability to work under pressure;- ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;- fluent English.--The search is open to both male and female candidates (L.******).Please read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR) at /
