Roles & Responsibilities:Pre-ContractPrepare BOQ as per various mode of measurementIncluding managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documentsReview of tender documentationTaking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes placeGenerate value engineering ideas and provide estimates.Perform all the duties above through the use/preparation of Bid Analysis Sheets, Change Control Forms, Cost Estimating Software, and Take-off Software.Qualifications:Education – B.E Mechanical/Electrical Engineering3 to 5 years of work experienceGood command over MS Office/ AutoCAD programs/ Cost XGood communication skill written and verbalGleeds is a global property and construction consultancy with over 150 years of expertise, operating in 28 countries worldwide.From iconic landmarks to critical infrastructure, we drive innovation, sustainability and value, delivering transformative projects that shape communities and redefine the built environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
