Milano, Italy 6-month paid internship (stage extracurricolare) Start: January ****Join us in revolutionizing packaging through salesMovopack is looking for aBusiness Development Representative (BDR) Internto support our growth in theItalian market .This is ahands-on, high-impact B2B sales rolefor someone who wants to learn sales by doing it for real: targets, accountability, direct exposure to revenue.If you'reambitious, resilient, and motivated by results , this internship will accelerate your career.Who we are:Movopack is transforming the way brands ship products.Ourcircular packaging servicehelps retail and e-commerce companies eliminate single-use waste while delivering apremium customer experience .How it works:Customers receive their orders inreusable packaging , enjoy a premium unboxing, and return it via any mailbox across Europe.We handle cleaning and reuse — again and again.Our impact:84% fewer CO2 emissions98% less packaging wasteHigher conversion, retention & brand love ( NPS: 79 )We're growing fast:~ 1 millionpackaging units in circulationClients includeVinted, Decathlon, Prenatal, Yamamay, OVS , and moreOffices inItaly, Spain, and the UKBacked by€2.3M seed fundingfrom international VCs and industry leadersYour impact:You'll be one of the first BDRs fully dedicated to the Italian market, playing a direct role in building our sales pipeline and driving revenue.You'll be the engine behind new opportunities:Opening doorsCreating conversationsEnabling Account Executives to focus on high-quality, well-qualified meetings?After 90 days, you'll have:Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activityStarted booking qualified meetings for AEsBecome autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handoverHow we'll measure success:Main KPIs:Number of outbound activities (calls)Meetings booked (SQL)Qualified meetings (SAL)Secondary KPIs:Pipeline & revenue influencedCRM data quality and feedback loopsYou'll be measured on inputs and outputs, not just effort.What you'll do:Reporting directly to theChief Commercial Officer , you will:Identify and qualify leads viacold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreachManage first contact with inbound leads and guide them through the funnelVisit clients and prospects to understand needs and present solutionsOrganize meetings, demos, and commercial proposalsSupport deal progression and closure with Account ExecutivesNurture relationships to improve satisfaction and upsellingConduct market research on high-potential segments and trendsTrack and manage all activities in the CRM?
