As Boltas, with 47 years of experience in the logistics sector, we provide global and integrated logistics services through our offices in Turkey, France, Italy, and Romania.With a fleet of over 1,000 owned vehicles and equipment, a professional leadership team, more than 500 experienced employees, over 50,000 annual shipments, 50,000+ square meters of storage space, strategically located offices, and strong business partners, we make a difference.We consistently deliver innovative services in road freight, intermodal, air freight, sea freight, project logistics, domestic transportation, minivan, rail transport, and ADR-compliant transportation and warehousing.From the largest shipments to the smallest, we operate with the same level of care and dedication.Since our establishment, we have been a people-oriented organization.Just as logistics simplifies life, we strive to make life easier for all our colleagues and create a passionate work environment where they can showcase their talents to the fullest.In our recruitment processes, whether for field or office roles, we do not prioritize or discriminate based on gender.For us, the only priority is the candidate's capacity and ability to perform the job.If you would like to be part of this team that we are proud of, feel free to apply to our job posting.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our team in Italy.The role will report directly to the Country Manager – Italy, with a dotted line to the CFO – HQ.The candidate will support accurate financial record-keeping, reporting, and daily financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Country Manager and CFO.Assist in managing daily financial records.Support the preparation of monthly reports (balance sheet, P&L).Assist with cash flow management and bank/third-party reconciliations.Support budgeting and financial planning processes.Help ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies.Assist with adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audit processes.Help monitor operational costs.Assist in communication with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.Knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and basic audit processes.Basic familiarity with IFRS reporting.Good command of English (written and spoken).Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proactive, open to learning, and team-oriented.Audit experience is a plus but not required.#J-*****-Ljbffr
