ABOUT USCellnex Italia is the leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructures with the aim of enhancing connectivity for people and territories, driving digitalization in Italy.We offer our customers a suite of solutions and technologies designed to ensure reliable and high-quality wireless transmissions for voice and data services.We also provide innovative connectivity solutions and develop the infrastructure ecosystem necessary for the introduction of new technologies.ABOUT THE ROLEThe candidate will join the "Legal & Regulatory Affairs" Function, reporting to the "Legal & Regulatory Affairs Director" team and will work on implementing and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Integrated System.The candidate is expected to demonstrate strong decision-making autonomy and a proactive mindset, anticipating challenges and acting swiftly in complex environments.Will have to identify risks and opportunities early, propose pragmatic solutions and embrace compliance as a driver of business value and strategic growth.MAIN ACTIVITIESEnsure the implementation and monitoring of the corporate compliance integrated system, in line with applicable laws and industry best practices.Focus on key areas: public contract regulations, cybersecurity, data privacy, corporate administrative liability and ethics and integrity frameworks.Interact with the holding company in an international context, supporting alignment and collaboration across borders.Oversee the application of the Public Contracts Code (Legislative Decree *******) and subsequent amendments, with particular attention to procurement procedures, qualification, and contract managementCoordinate compliance with cybersecurity regulations (e.G., National Cybersecurity Security Plan – PSNC – and NIS2 Directive)Supervise and update the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree ******** (231 Model), including operational protocols and audit activitiesDraft and update policies, procedures and compliance reportingSupport internal training activities on regulatory, ethical and risk-related topicsManage relationships with Corporate, ensuring regulatory and operational alignment on cross-border compliance mattersMANDATORY REQUIREMENTSMaster's degree in Law or related disciplinesProficiency in English, both written and spokenProven experience (minimum 5 years) in compliance, ideally within regulated companies or the telecommunications sectorAbility to independently manage topics related to the Public Contracts Code, Legislative Decree ******** and cybersecurityFamiliarity with ACN, ANAC, AGID guidelines and with the requirements of sector authorities (e.G., AGCOM)NICE TO HAVEExperience in managing and applying ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) models, with the ability to integrate compliance and risk governanceKnowledge of Spanish is desirableCompany: Cellnex Italia spa - Rome headquarterCellnex is committed to creating an equal, diverse and inclusive company.All positions at Cellnex are based on the inclusion of different cultures and backgrounds, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, direct or indirect, of any kind, in the workplace.#growingtogether
