Who We Are: Arsenale is a multi-brand Group capable of providing a comprehensive service to the largest and most renowned luxury global market operators who wish to expand in Italy.Founded and supported by internationally renowned entrepreneurs and investors, Arsenale aims at creating the leading luxury hospitality group in Italy.To pursue that ambition, the Group launched an impressive investments plan to boost tourism and made-in-Italy through the acquisition, re-development and enhancement of iconic hotels and hospitality solutions in the most beautiful locations of the country.Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a Real Estate / Hospitality Business Development Analyst to join its Business Development team, with a primary focus on supporting feasibility, underwriting and development activities for luxury hospitality projects.The role sits within the Business Development function and works closely with the Real Estate/Development, Finance (FP&A/Controlling) and M&A/Investments teams, contributing to the development of investment cases and strategic business plans.While the core area of responsibility is analytical and development-driven, the role also includes, involvement in special projects in direct support of the primary activities of the Business Development Director.These activities will remain fully within the hospitality sector and will provide exposure to commercial negotiation phases and close contact with all stakeholders.Over time, the position offers increasing exposure to strategic, commercial and relational aspects of development.Key Responsibilities Conduct market analysis, competitive set assessments and benchmarking (comparables, positioning, pricing and hospitality KPIs).Contribute to the preparation of business proposals and financial analyses for the CEO, investors, partners and key stakeholders, supporting the development, review and ongoing update of business plans and forecast P&Ls, including scenario and sensitivity analyses Work closely with the Real Estate/Development team to ensure alignment between development assumptions (capex, timing, phasing, surfaces/program, milestones) and commercial/operational assumptions within the business plan.Prepare clear, concise and investor-ready materials (presentations, teasers, executive summaries, IMs).Support, upon request, special Business Development hospitality projects.Participate, in support of the Director of Business Development, in commercial negotiations (LOIs, HMAs and other contractual arrangements), working closely with the legal team.Assist in managing relationships with investors, brand operators, partners and key market players.Support, when required in external events and institutional initiatives at peer level on behalf of the Group.Contribute to the internalization of preliminary analyses, reducing reliance on external advisors and improving cost efficiency, speed and quality of decision-making.Requirements 2–3 years experience in real estate or hospitality consulting/development (hotel projects preferred).Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel), experience in market studies and due diligence.Excellent PowerPoint and presentation abilities.Interest in business development and stakeholder management.Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with growing autonomy Languages: fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Reliability, flexibility, intellectual curiosity and strong motivation to build a career in luxury hospitality development.Our company is committed to diversity and inclusion.We encourage applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background.By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation ********) and applicable national laws
