Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international, dynamic, and results-driven environment where quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.What You Will DoEnsure product quality and hygiene compliance, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of company quality systems in line with ISO standards and customer requirements.Monitor incoming materials and finished products, ensuring all internal procedures and quality controls are properly followed.Manage non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure effective closure of related activities.Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready.Maintain and calibrate quality control tools and measuring instruments in both production and laboratory environments.Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and drive process improvement initiatives.What We Are Looking ForStrong knowledge of ISO **** and quality management systems.Experience in auditing and managing non-conformities.Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis.Technical knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM) is considered a plus.Good IT and data management skills.Proficiency in English.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other scientific/technical disciplines.1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an ISO-certified manufacturing company; experience in theplastics sector is a plus.What We OfferContinuous training: Grow by collaborating with industry experts and learning in a global environment.Dynamic and international workplace: Be part of a fast-paced and multicultural team.Career growth: Opportunities for internal mobility and professional development.Flexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month).Corporate restaurant partnership.Want to know more about us?Visit Who We Are and discover what makes Serioplast uniqueUpon sending your application, you grant specific consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.Privacy Policy Serioplast is an equal employment opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
