The positionAs referent for the Italy and Spain SOP activity, you will be a key player in the roll-out of our sales & orders activities.In an international and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for ensuring efficiency and compliance of sales administration.In this context, your main responsibilities will be:Actively execute order entry, intercompany purchase ordering, invoice generation, import and export credit collection, using the existing company ERP systemCollaborate with the centralised SOP shared service organization, to ensure alignment with standard operating proceduresManage the reporting of sales and orders and KPI'sSupervise of monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with the Finance departmentHandle order-related questions/concern/escalation/order changesEnsure proactive actions and full support on credit collection activitiesHelp sales team to ensure the booking when neededDevelop positive working relationships with all team membersHandle issues in the best interest of the customer and companySuggest and drive processes improvements, leveraging AI to optimise workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall productivityYour profileSignificant experience in SOP position with export administrationAbility to organize your activities in accordance with business prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlinesAttention to details and accuracyComfortable working in a matrix environment with numerous stakeholders and interactionsStrong customer service orientationKnowledge of ERP systems (preferably Navision) and Microsoft office applicationsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)#J-*****-Ljbffr
