Coccinelle is looking for a TikTok Specialist to join our Communication Department.We believe in people, their stories and the unique contribution each one can offer.Joining Coccinelle represents a unique opportunity to convey passion and enthusiasm and leave your mark in a constantly evolving work environment.Role OverviewThe Digital TIK TOK Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the brand's TikTok strategy.This role combines creativity, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, in line with the company's positioning and values.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the brand's TikTok content strategy in line with overall digital and social media goalsCreate, plan, and publish engaging TikTok content (videos, trends, formats, storytelling) with a strong fashion and lifestyle focusMonitor TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates, translating them into brand-relevant content opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identityCoordinate with influencers, creators, and ambassadors for TikTok collaborations and campaignsManage the TikTok content calendar and ensure timely publishingAnalyze performance metrics (views, engagement, growth, conversion where applicable) and produce regular reports with actionable insightsSupport paid TikTok campaigns in collaboration with media or performance teamsEnsure brand safety, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all TikTok contentManage social media DM requests from customers and followersSupport the management of the other brand related social media platformsRequired Skills & Experience2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTokProven experience managing TikTok accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, algorithms, and best practicesProven experience managing META, GOOGLE, PINTEREST and multiple social media platformsExcellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for fashion aestheticsExperience working with creators and influencersAbility to analyse data and translate insights into content optimizationFamiliarity with social media tools and analytics platformsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBasic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)Experience with TikTok Ads ManagerPersonal qualitiesCreative, curious, and trend-drivenPassionate about fashion, digital culture, and social mediaProactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills#J-*****-Ljbffr
