Località : Milano, LombardiaSettore : Finanza e ContabilitàDescrizione del Ruolo :Per una multinazionale operante nel settore manifatturiero, stiamo cercando un Chief Financial Officer (CFO) con comprovata esperienza nel coordinamento delle funzioni finanziarie e amministrative. Il CFO sarà il principale responsabile della pianificazione e supervisione di tutte le attività finanziarie dell'azienda, dal controllo di gestione alla tesoreria, dalla contabilità fino alla pianificazione strategica. La figura sarà chiamata a interfacciarsi con gli altri membri della direzione aziendale, per sviluppare e attuare politiche finanziarie in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita dell'azienda, nonché per gestire eventuali progetti di acquisizione o internazionalizzazione.Attività principali :Definire e implementare strategie finanziarie per garantire la sostenibilità e la crescita a lungo termine dell'azienda.Supervisionare la redazione del bilancio aziendale e garantire la conformità alle normative contabili nazionali e internazionali.Monitorare e ottimizzare la gestione del flusso di cassa e delle risorse finanziarie, assicurando un uso efficiente del capitale.Coordinare il team di contabilità, controllo di gestione e tesoreria, promuovendo l'efficienza operativa e la crescita delle risorse.Supportare il management nella valutazione di investimenti, acquisizioni e altre operazioni strategiche, analizzando i dati finanziari e fornendo consulenza per prendere decisioni informate.Laurea in Economia, Finanza o titoli equivalenti, MBA preferibile.Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili, con una comprovata esperienza nella gestione di team finanziari in contesti complessi.Ottima conoscenza delle normative contabili e della fiscalità nazionale e internazionale.Capacità di analisi, visione strategica e leadership, con ottime doti relazionali per interagire con tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.Esperienza nella gestione di progetti di trasformazione aziendale, preferibilmente in ambienti multinazionali.Tipo di contratto : Tempo indeterminato, full-time.Retribuzione : RAL competitiva, con bonus annuali e parte variabile significativa legata agli obiettivi aziendali.Benefit : Auto aziendale, pacchetto di welfare aziendale, assicurazione sanitaria privata, stock options.#J-*****-Ljbffr
