Job Title: Senior Project Construction ManagerLocation: Milano, ItalyCompany: Project Management and Engineering ConsultancyJob Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project/ Design Manager to oversee the Design and Construction of complex Hospitality project.The ideal candidate will have ***** years of experience in managing both brownfield and greenfield projects, with a proven track record in managing the design, tender, and construction phases of hospitality new builds or refurbishment.This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Oversight:- Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.2. Design and Tender Management:- Oversee the design phase, ensuring that all designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.- Manage the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and selection of contractors.3. Construction Management:- Supervise the construction phase, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.4. Budget and Schedule Management:- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that financial targets are met.- Create and maintain project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as necessary.5. Risk Management:- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.6. Reporting and Documentation:- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.7.
