Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad?We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal.If you are already living in Portugal, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands.This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chatAssist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionDeliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experienceFollow up on customer requests and escalation issues when necessaryRequirementsProficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level)Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)Strong English communication skills (C1 level)Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skillsAdditional InformationMust hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not requiredWhat's OfferedCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesFull training providedOpportunity to work in an international environment with career growth potential#J-*****-Ljbffr
