Senior Consultant – Accounting Advisory ServicesDo you want to do work that is truly meaningful and impactful?At KPMG, you'll help clients, society, and colleagues tackle the most current and complex challenges.The Accounting Advisory Services team harnesses innovation to ensure assurance procedures are compliant, ESG-aware, digitized, integrated, automated, and powered by AI and Big Data.You'll collaborate with national and international clients to transform operational and accounting processes and models to align with regulations, improving business performance.ResponsibilitiesFinance Transformation – Design accounting models and processes, define business and organizational impacts, identify target requirements for IFRS implementation (e.g., IFRS 17, IFRS 9) or post-merger/acquisition scenarios.Planning and Control – Review planning and control models and processes.Change Management – Support definition of new roles and responsibilities, identify key operational and managerial changes, analyze critical factors driving change.Technologies Change & Smart Digital Finance – Develop solutions/platforms and automation processes using AI and Big Data.Accounting Advice – Prepare financial reporting for transaction services or extraordinary operations.Project Management – Prepare and monitor activity plans, coordinate between Business and IT stakeholders during implementation phases, and produce project documentation for top management.Required Skills & ExperienceMaster's degree in Economics/Finance.2–3 years of experience, preferably in audit or consulting firms.Knowledge of Italian Accounting Principles, IAS/IFRS, consolidation principles, and administrative accounting processes underlying financial reporting.Interest in administration, planning and control topics.Excellent English, preferably with study or work experience abroad, and strong Office skills.What You'll Find at KPMGInclusive, fair work environment that respects, encourages, and values diversity.Stimulating and dynamic context encouraging creativity and teamwork.Hybrid work mode promoting healthy work-life balance.Advanced training and development programmes to stay updated.International mindset and innovative projects.Initiatives focused on physical and mental well-being.Our ValuesLeadership, teamwork, respect for individuality, continuous learning, transparency, commitment to the community, and integrity – KPMG's core values that foster an environment where professionals can express their full potential.We comply with ISO *****, UNI PdR 125 and our Impact Plan on ESG issues.Our data is processed in accordance with GDPR.KPMG S.p.A. guarantees equal opportunities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
