Allegri.L'accademia offre corsi modulari per piloti professionisti secondo normativa EASA FCL.Responsabilità e ruoloDescrizione del ruolo Cerchiamo un istruttore di volo con le qualifiche EASA FI-IRI-CRI per un ruolo a tempo pieno con sede di lavoro a Padova.Le principali responsabilità includono l'erogazione di istruzioni teoriche e pratiche (sia in volo che al simulatore FNPT2) per il conseguimento di licenze e qualificazioni EASA, il monitoraggio delle prestazioni degli studenti e l'assicurazione del rispetto delle norme di sicurezza del volo.Il candidato dovrà supportare lo sviluppo professionale dei futuri piloti, oltre a garantire elevati standard di insegnamento in conformità con i requisiti EASA e aziendali.QualificheLicenza EASA CPL o superiore;Abilitazione EASA FI/IRI/CRI o comunque abilitazione FI con requisiti minimi per ottenere IRI/CRI;Esperienza e conoscenze avanzate in aviazione e pilotaggio commerciale;Conoscenza e capacità di implementare standard di sicurezza del volo;Capacità pratiche di pilotaggio e esperienza supervisoria per formare nuovi piloti in sicurezza.Sono richieste buone capacità relazionali e didattiche, con un forte orientamento al lavoro di squadra e alla comunicazione efficace.Good skills nell'utilizzo di PC, iPad, etc...Lingua italiana livello 6 o madrelingua.OffertaSi offre un contratto dipendente in linea con il contratto nazionale piloti che prevede un compenso fisso + attività di volo/simulatore e una crescita professionale in base alle capacità ed esperienza.Turnazioni e giorni OFF con possibilità di personalizzazione.Per candidarsiInviare CV e lettera di presentazione solo se in possesso dei requisiti descritti.#J-*****-Ljbffr
