Overview Location: Vercelli, Piedmont, Italy • Work mode: HybridAre you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest-growing companies?Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?If yes, join us to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in driving financial accountability, supporting strategic decisions and enabling sustainable growth.Epassi purpose is to boost everyday well-being.We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe.We were established in Finland in **** and in **** we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe.Since then we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.We are currently hiring an IT Specialist to be based in Vercelli.Your Mission at EpassiAt Epassi technology is the backbone that enables everything we do.As our IT Specialist & System integration, your mission is to ensure that our IT environment runs securely, smoothly and efficiently, empowering colleagues to focus on what really matters.You'll play a key role in keeping our infrastructure reliable, supporting daily operations in Italy and contributing to exciting cross-European IT initiatives as part of a growing international tech organization.We are currently looking for this role based in Vercelli where you will have a direct impact on our local operations while being part of a broader international tech ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end IT environment for Epassi Italy.Ensure the availability, performance and security of IT infrastructure and services.Provide high-quality IT support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.Manage IT inventory, devices, licenses and related orders.Help with ISO ***** compliance, ensuring security protocols and best practices are followed.Handle Microsoft 365 operations including tenant management and user support.Support and coordinate IT change management including system migrations and platform implementations.Collaborate with international colleagues across Europe on global IT projects.You'll be successful in this role if youKeep IT systems running reliably with minimal downtime and fast issue resolution.Enable colleagues to work productively by providing timely, user-focused support.Ensure security and compliance standards (ISO *****) are consistently met.Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, tools and user experience.Take ownership of IT operations in Italy while collaborating effectively with the wider Group.What you'll be doing (daily)Responding to and resolving IT support requests from colleagues.Managing hardware and software installations, updates and configurations.Monitoring IT systems to ensure performance, security and availability.Administering Microsoft 365 users, devices and services.Handling device lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding.Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for IT-related changes or issues.Supporting ongoing IT projects, migrations and platform rollouts.What you should bringAt least 3 years of experience in an IT support or IT operations role.Relevant education at MBO/HBO level or equivalent practical experience.Solid experience managing hardware, software and end-user IT environments.Familiarity with networking and/or cloud technologies.Experience working with different operating systems as an administrator or support professional.Ability to work independently in a dynamic evolving environment.A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and willingness to continuously learn.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).Good command of English (spoken and written) as you will collaborate with international colleagues.Why You Should Join UsBe part of an ambitious growth journey and join a global community of driven, bold, entrepreneurial yet humble Epassians in a company that is constantly evolving.Work with a clear purpose boosting everyday wellbeing and create a meaningful positive impact on both individuals and society.Thrive in an open and inclusive culture with low hierarchy where relationships are built on respect, camaraderie and shared successes and challenges.Come as you are;
