Involved in the daily operational management of the establishment, you will work in close collaboration with our Chef in charge of the Restaurant.The Maitre d'hôtel efficiently allocates and directs the work tasks of the outlets according to the directives received.He/she ensures that the customer is well looked after.He/she offers an attentive service adapted to the customer's needs.He/she adapts his/her organisation and staffing levels according to the activity.Participate in inventories of crockery, china, cutlery, furniture and audiovisual equipment and inform the purchasing manager of the need to renew stocks.He/she ensures that his/her teams are well presented.He/she organises and controls the work of his/her team.He/she ensures the cleanliness of his/her workplace and food safety (HACCP).He/she is in permanent contact with all sectors of the hotel.QualificheIdeally from a hotel formation, you have a significant experience in a position and similar institution.You have an excellent presentation and a good relationship. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.Fluency in English is essential (and a second language is desirable).#J-*****-Ljbffr
