Il gruppo, supportato dall'eredità delle sue aziende storiche e da un parco tecnologico unico in Europa, dimostra da oltre 70 anni che l'efficienza è un elemento imprescindibile del loro DNA.Certificati B Corp, operano nel pieno rispetto di rigorosi standard ambientali e sociali.La figura sarà responsabile della gestione e dell'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura IT aziendale, garantendo continuità operativa, sicurezza e supportando progetti strategici di digitalizzazione e migrazione verso il cloud.Responsabilità·Amministrazione e manutenzione di sistemi Windows Server e ambienti virtualizzati (VMware).·Gestione della rete aziendale (switching, routing, firewall).·Monitoraggio delle performance e sicurezza dell'infrastruttura.·Supporto alla migrazione e gestione di servizi cloud (Microsoft Azure).·Coordinamento di progetti IT (analisi requisiti, pianificazione, gestione fornitori).·Implementazione di procedure di backup e disaster recovery.·Redazione di documentazione tecnica e reportistica.Dai 3 anni in su di esperienza come System Engineer.Competenze tecniche:·Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.·Virtualizzazione VMware.·Networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN).·Cloud (preferibilmente Azure).Soft Skills:·Problem solving e capacità di analisi.·Ottime doti organizzative e comunicative.·Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione fornitori.·Esperienza in cybersecurity.Plus·Conoscenza Linux.·Certificazioni (Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA).Smart working: modalità ibrida.Sede di lavoro: Trecate (NO).Range di RAL: tra i 35 e i ****** €, in base alla seniority del profilo.Formazione continua.Ambiente dinamico in azienda manifatturiera in crescita.
