COIMA SGRis currently searching for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an intern in theFund & Asset Managementbusiness unit.The person will actively assist the team, participating in all the stages of the investment process; specifically, the intern will be expected to provide support in the following activities:Fundraising and investor relationsMarket research and financial analysisInvestment analysis and due diligence processPreparing investment analysis documentation, including PowerPoint presentationsUpdating financial models and sensitivity analysisDefining business plans and preparing fund reports for internal and external useDeveloping and maintaining relationships with consultants and external professionals.Impact, exposure and growth this Internship offers:Work alongside seasoned professionals, gaining insights into portfolio management, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making processesContribute to asset and development management activities across the full real estate lifecycle (Investment, Design, Development, Lease, Disposal)Develop transversal skills: quantitative/analytical and relational, alongside stakeholder interaction and technical exposure through documentation managementGain hands-on exposure to financial modelling, reporting and governance processes within a regulated SGR environment.Education, skills and experience required:Education: excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, Management or EngineeringAnalytical skills: strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendationsSoftware proficiency: expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with financial modelling software and real estate databases is a plusCommunication skills: ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in English, spoken and written is mandatoryPassion and curiosity for Real Estate: demonstrated interest in real estate investment and markets. Previous internship or coursework in real estate is advantageousAttention to detail: high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
