Rooted in authentic Italian heritage, we believe in making life's simplest moments truly exceptional.Our Maison's story began in Parma in ****.Today, our vibrant culture continues to bring refined Italianity to the world through quality, sophistication, and creativity.Driven by collaboration and a strong sense of community, our Maison offers the freedom to learn, grow, and evolve.It's a place to refine your craft in a creative environment and to shape your own path with autonomy and care.Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit.MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIESAs part of the Product Development & Innovation Team within Acqua di Parma HQ,the key responsibilities are:- End-to-end management of the artworks lifecycle for all basic catalogue components, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Packaging, Regulatory, Planning, etc.) through the dedicated platform.This includes timeline tracking, deadline follow-up, alignment between teams, and briefing the graphic designer with priorities and technical instructions.- Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysis of the brand's product lines to support strategic insights and business decisions.- Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.- Support the team in the preparation of presentations and mockups for international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.- Operational support in Bath & Body formula development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines)- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills- Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership- Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods- Previous experience or knowledge of SAP is a plus- Fluent in Italian and EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.******** (GDPR) available at the following link:
