UnipersonaleAre you ready to make an impact?ZF is looking for talented individuals to join our team.As a FutureStarter, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of mobility.Join us and be part of something extraordinaryAs a Program Purchasing Specialist you would oversee the procurement activities associated with specific corporate programs or projects, ensuring that all required components and materials are acquired in accordance with established timelines, budgetary constraints, and technical specifications, and that all sourcing processes remain fully compliant with applicable internal policies and external regulations.What you could expect as a Program Purchasing Specialist:Support the Commodity team in identifying the most suitable sourcing optionsSupport the plant organization in the procurement of materials by comparing offers, delivery terms, quantities, quality, and pricesMaintain communication with internal departments to understand their needs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure satisfactionWork with the Engineering Department and suppliers to assess the feasibility of new products or projectsManage non-conformities from both an economic and production standpointSupport the Commodity and SQE teams in evaluating the adequacy of new suppliers in terms of quality and production capability for specific products (competence, equipment, through visits, audits, or prior knowledge)Assess issues related to specific commodities at plant level by discussing and analyzing defined performance indicatorsAgree on improvement actions to address potential issuesSubsequently monitor the effectiveness of the implemented actionsWhat we expect from you as a Program Purchasing Specialist:Degree in technical, economic, or management-related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentProduct knowledge and General knowledge of supply chain processesNegotiation skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with suppliersKnowledge of SAP and MS Office suiteAbility to analyze data and market trendsStrong communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in English and fluent in ItalianWillingness to travelBe part of our ZF team as Program Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d) and apply nowContact****************What does DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) mean for ZF as a company?At ZF, we continuously strive to build and maintain a culture where inclusiveness is lived and diversity is valued.We actively seek ways to remove barriers so that all our employees can rise to their full potential.We aim to embed this vision in our legacy through how we operate and build our products as we shape the future of mobility.Find out how we work at ZF:Job Segment:Supply Chain, Procurement, Supply, Engineer, ERP, Operations, Engineering, Technology#J-*****-Ljbffr
