About this opportunityWe're on the lookout for aSenior Quantity Surveyorto bring their expertise and energy to ourLeedsteam.If you're passionate about shaping the built environment and thrive on delivering value across diverse projects, this is your chance to make a real impact.In this role, you'll take the lead on thefinancial direction of a wide range of construction projects— frominnovative new buildstocomplex refurbishmentsandstrategic maintenance schemes.You'll be involved every step of the way, frominitial cost planning and forecastingtofinal account delivery, ensuring every project achieves both commercial success and exceptional quality.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.Positively engaging with Customers and developing, growing and maintaining Customer relationships.Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.Preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and option studies.Cost planning.Cost-in-use studies.Advising on and implementing procurement strategies.Preparing tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.Evaluating and reporting on tenders.Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.#J-*****-Ljbffr
