Talent Solutions is the Manpower's Group company that integrates the three strategic solutions RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Right Management, and TAPFIN to provide 360, innovative, and data-driven solutions for talent management throughout the professional life cycle.From talent attraction and acquisition to upskilling, development and retention, we offer and implement projects with the support of the best technologies and insights on the world of work, helping Talents to access the most suitable Organization, and enabling them to accelerate their business performance, anticipating future needs.With a view to strengthening one of the most prestigious international players in the aerospace sector—active across Italy with multiple production sites, is looking for a/an: Junior Model System Engineer This position is part of a broader organizational strengthening initiative and will play a key role in the system design and development of a cutting-edge technology program.Key Responsibilities Development of the SysML system model, Collaboration with specialized engineering disciplines to incorporate their inputs into the system model, Collaboration to provide model-derived outputs to support Tier 3 and cross-functional analysis activities, Drafting of process documentation and guidelines for system model development, Management of the model management database, Customization of Cameo Systems Modeler tools based on defined processes (e.g., profile development, validations, checks, document extraction macros, etc.).Requirements Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronic Engineering.Technical Skills Knowledge of aeronautical systems and/or aircraft and fleet support systems, Familiarity with Model-Based Design (MBD) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, IT skills: Cameo Systems Modeler, Teamwork Cloud, IBM DOORS, Microsoft Office Suite etc.Understanding of project engineering practices, Ability to define system requirements for aircraft or fleet support systems, Familiarity with relevant design standards and certification frameworks (e.g., MIL, FAA, EASA), Competence in developing functional specifications.Excellent written and spoken Italian and English proficiency.Soft Skills Strong teamworking abilities, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and coordination capabilities, Planning and time management skills, Problem-solving mindset and result-oriented approach, Location: Turin, Italy – with availability for business travel and future relocation to the UK and/or Japan (3–5 years).vetrinabakeca
