Per la sede di Padova di fischer Consulting Italia (gruppo fischer), società di consulenza aziendale che si occupa di miglioramento dell'organizzazione e dei processi, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Sales & Marketing Specialist che avrà il compito di garantire un flusso costante di progetti attraverso l'identificazione, lo sviluppo e la gestione di nuove opportunità commerciali al fine di garantire la piena saturazione del team operativo e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.In particolare la figura si dovrà occupare di:Effettuare l'analisi del mercato e identificare potenziali target di clienti in linea con l'offerta di fischer Consulting;Ricercare attivamente prospect attraverso attività di networking, cold calling, eventi di settore e canali digitali;Collaborare alla definizione di una strategia di marketing complessiva, comprendente le politiche di prezzo, i materiali di presentazione e di vendita, la comunicazione al mercato, la partecipazione a conferenze, garantendo l'implementazione;Collaborare con il team tecnico per la definizione di proposte commerciali personalizzate;Partecipare a fiere, eventi e webinar per promuovere i servizi aziendali, definendo eventuali partnership con altre società di consulenza/formazione, associazioni e università;Monitorare i KPI commerciali con un reporting periodico alla Direzione;Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso di una laurea in materie scientifiche o economiche, con un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli commerciali in società di servizi B2B, preferibilmente in ambito consulenza aziendale o formazione professionale.La conoscenza dei principi della Lean management e dei principali strumenti di miglioramento continuo costituirà requisito preferenziale.Completano il profilo l'orientamento al risultato e la capacità di gestire in maniera efficace la negoziazione e le relazioni con clienti e partner.
